The planning and design of twentyfive.7 not only take into consideration the home place but also the work place, play place, park place, shopping place and eating place – all of these thoughtfully organised around a town square, known as the Quayside. The Quayside is a vibrant waterfront retail area in the heart of the town, located by the water to create a nice setting for the community.

The Flexi House refers to dual key landed homes, designed to accommodate a studio unit on the ground floor while a typical double storey layout sits above.
